Position Overview
The Deal Registration Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the channel organization as it expands, collaborating closely with Channel, Sales, Channel Partners, and Sales Operations teams. This person ensures effective communication and maintains data accuracy within Salesforce throughout organizational growth. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and adept at coordinating across multiple teams to maintain smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Examine and process deal registrations from Channel Partners, identifying any issues and resolving them within company guidelines.
- Maintain data integrity in Salesforce by managing Partner, Prospect, and Customer account creation and upkeep according to established procedures.
- Assist with reporting duties related to Partner Operations using Salesforce dashboards as assigned.
- Address and resolve inquiries concerning deal registrations, account management, and Partner Operations requests.
- Respond independently to questions about deal registrations, sales opportunities, and partner matters with clarity and promptness.
- Provide backup support to related Sales Operations functions to ensure seamless workflow.
- Participate in special projects supporting wider operational goals as needed.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of two years' experience in sales or channel operations or an equivalent field.
- Proficiency with Salesforce.com (SFDC) or a comparable Customer Relationship Management platform.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with Channel Partners is advantageous.
- Undergraduate degree from an accredited institution.

- Highly motivated, well-organized, and self-driven to take initiative.
- Capable of maintaining high-quality work and meticulous attention to detail in a fast-evolving environment.
