Role Overview

We are looking for a Deal Desk Manager on a temporary contract basis to join our global team. This key role acts as a trusted business partner supporting the sales organization with deal structuring, pricing strategies, contract drafting and review, and administration of quoting tools.

Responsibilities

• Offer expert guidance on deal structuring, pricing, contract review and redlining in partnership with Sales and Customer Success teams.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to strategize and review deals ensuring alignment with company policies and smooth execution.
• Interpret and confirm contract terms, working closely with finance and legal teams for accuracy and compliance.
• Draft, modify, and finalize contracts related to new sales, add-ons, and upsell opportunities for cloud subscription services.
• Authorize deals for customers and prospects ensuring adherence to internal standards.
• Proactively identify and resolve deal-related issues using sound judgment and company guidelines.
• Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for sales and account management teams using quoting tools and CRM systems.
• Assist with testing and enhancements of quoting tools as required.
• Support sales enablement through onboarding and ad hoc training sessions.
• Drive continuous process improvements and support other commercial projects as needed.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in a Deal Desk role within a SaaS company.
• Strong focus on speed and efficiency in deal execution.
• Customer-centric mindset prioritizing client needs and satisfaction.
• Experience working with global, multinational customers and complex deals.
• Excellent business partnership skills with ability to influence and collaborate across sales teams.
• Solid understanding of deal support components including pricing, contracting, and deal structuring; knowledge of SaaS revenue recognition is beneficial.
• Comprehensive knowledge of commercial terms and their implications.
• Ability to quickly learn about company products and their value propositions.
• Alignment with company goals to design deals that support corporate objectives.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines daily.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency with Google Suite, Slack, Windows OS, Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, AuditBoard, and CPQ systems is a plus.

Additional Information

This temporary contract position is based remotely, ideally preferring candidates located in Singapore. The contract term is from August 10, 2026 through March 31, 2027. Background checks are mandatory as the role involves sensitive access to employee, customer, financial, and proprietary data.
