Role Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal policies regarding data integrity.
- Perform routine checks and validations to detect and resolve data integrity issues.
- Develop and conduct training sessions on data integrity principles.
- Identify risks related to data integrity and devise mitigation strategies.
- Maintain accurate documentation practices for data collection, storage, and retrieval.
- Investigate incidents involving data breaches or falsification and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Lead continuous improvements to data integrity procedures.
- Oversee validation of computerized systems to meet data integrity standards.
- Prepare for and participate in audits and regulatory inspections focused on data integrity.
- Generate and review data integrity reports and metrics, including those aligned with the Data Integrity Maturity Model (DIMM).
- Represent the site in communities of practice (CoP) and centers of excellence (CoE), facilitating communication locally.
