About the Role

We are seeking a curious and detail-oriented Data Insights Analyst based in Australia to join our remote team at an entry or junior level. Key Responsibilities

• Perform analysis of business data to detect trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that clearly communicate data findings.
• Ensure data quality through cleaning, organizing, and validating datasets for accuracy and consistency.
• Monitor key performance indicators and deliver insightful reports that support decision-making processes.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to understand their data requirements and suggest data-driven recommendations.
• Assist in maintaining and optimizing reporting workflows and analytics methodologies.
• Document dashboards, metrics, reports, and analytical procedures to establish knowledge bases for future use.

Qualifications and Skills

• Basic knowledge of data analysis, reporting structures, and business intelligence principles.
• Experience working with SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Familiarity with Python programming, statistical concepts, or data modeling is considered a plus.
• Strong analytical abilities coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
