Position Overview

The Data Entry Typist role entails precise and timely inputting, updating, and upkeep of data within the company's information systems and databases. Safeguarding data confidentiality and accuracy is a core responsibility while maintaining an organized digital filing system.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter data into corporate databases and software tools.
• Examine source documents for thoroughness and correctness prior to data entry.
• Update, verify, and amend information as necessary.
• Keep digital records systematically organized.
• Conduct regular data quality checks to uphold consistency and accuracy.
• Provide management with requested data reports.
• Support document scanning, filing, and record maintenance tasks.
• Ensure protection of confidential information in compliance with company policies.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to address data inconsistencies.
• Meet deadlines for all given assignments.

Candidate Qualifications

• Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong typing capabilities with high speed and precision.
• Competent with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and Word.
• Familiarity with managing databases is beneficial.

Compensation and Company Culture
