Role Overview

We are seeking a Data Entry Specialist to join a boutique medical insurance brand on a temporary contract basis. This remote position involves data entry, quoting, and clerical support tasks requiring meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

Handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Accurately transferring data from multiple source formats into designated spreadsheets
Using proprietary software to create final and renewal insurance quote sheets
Producing Sales Proposal documents utilizing Salesforce and HelloSign platforms
Confirming all necessary data for quotes is collected and communicating any missing or additional documentation needs via Salesforce

Candidate Expectations

Strong work ethic combined with exceptional attention to detail
Able to manage busy, high-volume workloads in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively with others
Excellent communication skills
Basic competency in Microsoft Excel
Experience with Salesforce is advantageous
