Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and regularly update purchase orders, supplier details, and inventory records to ensure accuracy.
• Support the procurement team by managing essential documentation such as quotations, invoices, and delivery notes.
• Work collaboratively with procurement staff to guarantee timely fulfillment of orders and effectively address any discrepancies.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Female candidates with experience ranging from one to three years in back-office operations.
• Basic computer proficiency is required.
