Data Entry Operator - Fabric Tracking and Excel Management

About the Role

We are seeking a diligent Data Entry Operator to handle the fabric management system within our women's ethnic wear business. The candidate will be responsible for systematically recording fabric movement and stock details, ensuring precision and accuracy in Excel data management.

Key Responsibilities

• Record daily fabric inflows and outflows meticulously.
• Track fabric details such as supplier, design, color, quantity, and measurement in meters.
• Monitor fabric issued for production and remaining inventory accurately.
• Maintain detailed logs on fabric purchase, usage, shortages, damages, and returns.
• Create and update daily Excel sheets along with comprehensive stock reports.
• Conduct physical stock verification and reconcile with database records.
• Coordinate with purchase, warehouse, and production teams to gather accurate data.
• Identify and correct any missing or erroneous entries to ensure organized and clean records.
• Generate and circulate daily or weekly reports on fabric stock and consumption.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong attention to detail for accurate data recording and management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for creating and maintaining complex spreadsheets.
• Ability to communicate effectively with multiple departments for data collection.
• Organizational skills to maintain orderly records and manage corrections promptly.

Compensation and Work Details

The salary range for this position is between 15,000 and 30,000 INR per month. The role is based in Surat, Gujarat, India, and involves onsite work within the company premises.
