Key Responsibilities
- Input data accurately and efficiently from sources such as invoices, project documents, and client files into company databases.
- Examine data for any errors or discrepancies and correct them to maintain data accuracy.
- Regularly update and maintain existing database records.
- Organise and sort documents prior to entry to maintain a structured workflow.
- Generate reports, extract data, and conduct data analysis upon management requests.
- Ensure data confidentiality and comply with relevant data protection policies.
- Offer general administrative assistance to the broader team when needed.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Experience in data entry or a related administrative support role.
- Excellent typing skills combined with high precision.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, particularly MS Excel.
