About the Role

OnStak Inc. is looking for a meticulous Data Entry Assistant to support our operational workflows. This role focuses on precise data input and management aimed at boosting our organizational efficiency and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Input data accurately and promptly into company databases and systems.
  • Check and validate data to identify and rectify inconsistencies or errors.
  • Organize and keep data files and records systematically updated.
  • Support report generation and create summaries based on compiled data.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to optimize data entry procedures.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in data entry or similar roles.
  • Exceptional precision and dedication to detail.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Capability to function effectively both independently and with a team.
  • Excellent skills in organization and managing time efficiently.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of data management software is advantageous.
  • Experience working in environments with high workflow tempo.
  • Effective communication abilities.
