About the Role
This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for recent college graduates or high school graduates with minimal experience in data entry and quality assurance. We are looking for hardworking and committed individuals to join our client's team. The Data Entry and Administrative Support Specialist will provide essential support to the Quality Assurance (QA) and Regulatory team, ensuring the accuracy of documentation, adherence to compliance standards, and efficient processing of records. This role is based onsite in Columbus, OH.
Key Responsibilities
- Input, update, and maintain precise data within internal systems and databases.
- Facilitate QA and Regulatory procedures by verifying that all documentation is complete, accurate, and conforms to company standards.
- Conduct data reviews to identify and rectify errors or inconsistencies promptly.
- Manage the uploading, labeling, and organization of documents in electronic systems, such as CRM and document management platforms.
- Aid in the upkeep of regulatory records, logs, and documentation prepared for audits.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma is mandatory; an associate or bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, or a related field is preferred.
- Possession of 1-3 years of experience in data entry or administrative functions, ideally within a QA, regulatory, or healthcare/pharmaceutical setting.
Skills & Competencies
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Superior organizational and time management capabilities.
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Familiarity with CRM systems, document management systems, or regulatory databases is advantageous.
- A foundational understanding of QA/regulatory processes is beneficial.
Additional Information
- Shift: Day shift with some flexibility, working 8 hours between 7:30 AM and 5:30 PM, including a lunch break.
- Pay Rate: $25 to $28 per hour.
- Contract Length: Expected to be 6 months or longer.
- Location: Columbus, OH, onsite.
