Role & Responsibilities
- Possess specialized skills in acquiring, cleansing, and parsing data effectively.
- Demonstrate strong capabilities in analyzing, modeling, and visually presenting data.
- Expertise in data platforms such as Google BigQuery, Teradata Vantage, Oracle, SQL Server, or similar database management systems.
- Deep understanding of data architectures, structures, and warehousing principles.
- Familiarity with enterprise business intelligence tools including MicroStrategy, Business Objects, and Power BI.
- Experience in establishing and managing data quality and governance through rigorous testing and change control processes.
- Proficient in ETL and development software such as Teradata Protocol Transport, SSIS, Python, and PowerShell.
Preferred Candidate Qualifications
- 1 to 4 years of technical experience covering key competencies mentioned.
- Knowledge and use of Business Intelligence tools like MicroStrategy and Power BI.
- Experience with SSIS, required for some team roles.
- Skills in database architecture and design relevant for certain positions.
- Expertise in data warehousing concepts and frameworks.
- Background in clinical and regulatory healthcare data is highly favored for some roles.
- Experience with financial and accounting data is an advantage for some team members.
- Familiarity with Teradata Parallel Transporter (TPT).
- Capabilities in API integrations and Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP).
