About the Role
We are looking for a meticulous and analytical Data Analyst to become part of our expanding team based in the United Arab Emirates. This position offers a full-time engagement with options for on-site or hybrid work settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, cleanse, and examine data from various sources to aid in business decision-making processes.
- Create dashboards, reports, and visual data representations to communicate important insights effectively.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to discover trends, opportunities, and areas for operational improvement.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to grasp reporting needs and analytics requirements.
- Validate data ensuring high levels of accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
- Develop actionable suggestions derived from data analytics aligned with business goals.
- Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning activities.
- Contribute to the construction and upkeep of data models and reporting infrastructure.
Candidate Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related disciplines is required.
- Proficient with SQL, advanced Microsoft Excel skills, and strong data analysis capabilities.
- Experience using data visualization platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or equivalent tools.
- Knowledge of programming languages for analytics such as Python or R is considered beneficial.
- Understanding of database management, data warehousing, and reporting methodologies.
- Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving aptitude, and communication skills.
- Ability to simplify and clarify complex data for diverse audiences.
