About ablefy
ablefy builds tools that help coaches, consultants, creators, and entrepreneurs launch and sell digital offerings with ease. Since 2015, the company has developed into an all-in-one platform covering courses, memberships, payments, e-ticketing, and related needs. More than 70,000 entrepreneurs use the platform to support and scale their businesses.
As a leading platform for coaches and creators in the DACH region, ablefy is focused on removing complexity so users can concentrate on growing what they build.
Mission and ways of working
The company’s mission is to create software that helps people start, run, and grow successful digital businesses across borders. Its working principles include radical collaboration, constructive confrontation, adaptive execution, collective ambition, evolving expertise, and empathetic leadership.
Role overview
Data plays a central role in how ablefy develops products and makes decisions. In this position, you will support internal analytics as well as customer-facing data products. Your work will help deliver essential insights and reports, contribute to an AI-powered self-service analytics agent, and support the intelligence layer behind data-driven product recommendations.
You will collaborate with teams across the business to define priorities and deliver data projects from start to finish. The role also involves staying close to customer needs and feedback so that analytics and AI-driven products create meaningful impact.
Key responsibilities
- Own important analytics initiatives across the business and turn findings into clear actions and decisions.
- Partner with internal teams to understand workflows, pain points, and goals, then translate those needs into effective analytics solutions.
- Build customer-facing data products such as embedded dashboards, reports, AI-powered self-service analytics tools, and intelligence features that help internal teams and customers make better decisions.
- Work with senior leadership and other stakeholders to define KPIs, evaluate opportunities, and rank projects by impact.
- Support experimentation and detailed quantitative analysis, including A/B tests and customer behavior deep dives, to inform product strategy and feature choices.
- Help improve the data warehouse and promote consistent, scalable metrics across the organization.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with a strong quantitative profile and 3 to 5 years of experience in data analysis. The ideal candidate has hands-on product analytics and experimentation experience, along with a solid understanding of business and product event tracking.
Exposure to AI-based analytics products or LLM-powered applications, such as self-service analytics agents, chatbots, or dashboarding solutions, is valuable. Direct experience is beneficial, but a strong curiosity and the ability to learn quickly are also important.
Strong SQL, data modeling, and data warehouse knowledge are required, along with Python skills for analytics and statistics. Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, or similar tools is also relevant, especially for building and improving data pipelines, models, and analytics products more efficiently.
The role also calls for excellent communication skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to simplify complex insights for different audiences. You should be able to prioritize work based on customer and business impact and manage stakeholders across Product, Engineering, and Finance.
Experience with customer-facing data products, such as embedded analytics, data APIs, or AI-powered self-service tools, is a plus. Background in fintech areas like payments, PSPs, or checkout is also advantageous. Fluent English is required, and German is a plus.
Benefits
- 30 days of paid vacation.
- A salary that is competitive for the market.
- €1,500 annual budget for training and development.
- Trust, ownership, and responsibility from the beginning.
- One-to-one coaching and additional learning opportunities to support professional growth.
- A free BVG ticket.
- Discounts with a range of partner companies, including gyms and online retailers.
- A pension scheme with company matching of up to 30% of employee contributions.
- An inclusive and equitable culture that values people for who they are.
Diversity and inclusion
ablefy emphasizes an inclusive workplace and values diverse backgrounds, identities, and ways of thinking. Discrimination based on race, religion, color, national origin, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, marital status, disability status, or any other protected characteristic is not tolerated. The company aims to make growth accessible to everyone.
AI at ablefy
AI is deeply embedded in how the company works, learns, and grows. It supports faster, smarter work and helps the team focus on meaningful impact by combining thoughtful technology with curious, driven people.
