We are looking for a Data Analyst II to undertake detailed and critical data tasks essential for our projects' success. This role involves data mapping, reconciliation, validating output quality, and preparing benchmark datasets to accurately assess our AI agents. Your work ensures that our AI solutions are both impressive in demos and reliable in practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Transform, harmonize, reconcile, and validate datasets from various source systems to fit the required target schema, collaborating closely with our data team in Hyderabad, India to handle large-scale delivery.
- Examine and cleanse diverse and unstructured data obtained from documents, spreadsheets, and data exports, highlighting significant issues affecting data quality.
- Create and sustain ground-truth datasets used to evaluate agent performance, and conduct thorough reviews of agent outputs to confirm precision.
- Convert analytical outcomes into straightforward reports and insights that can be acted upon by both internal teams and clients.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum two years of experience as a data analyst with proficient skills in SQL and spreadsheet tools.
- Exceptional attention to detail in detecting data anomalies such as null values, inconsistencies, and logical errors.
- Adeptness at handling disorganized data from multiple sources and structuring it effectively.
- Strong ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to audiences without technical backgrounds.
- Preferred qualifications include familiarity with Python or pandas, experience with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau, or knowledge of private market or financial datasets.
