Located in Dunedin, FL, this expanding software and data processing firm services a nationwide clientele. They are currently looking for a dedicated Research and Data Analyst to join their Data Services and QA Department, focusing on TV ratings data processing.

Job Responsibilities

• Analyze, process, and verify TV ratings data using proprietary internal tools.
• Maintain high standards of data accuracy by adhering to detailed processing procedures.
• Utilize Excel and database platforms to organize, monitor, and communicate data insights.
• Detect trends and patterns within the data to aid organizational decisions.
• Work collaboratively with team members to uphold quality assurance standards.
• Contribute to software quality assurance testing activities as necessary.

Candidate Requirements

• Exceptional attention to detail paired with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to meticulously follow complex data processing instructions.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with AI tools to enhance efficiency and quality, preferably Claude.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational capabilities.
• Comfortable handling numerical data and basic computations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
• Knowledge of databases or SQL is advantageous but not mandatory.
