Data Analyst

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst with over two years of solid experience to join Infosys Finacle in Bengaluru. The role requires excellent analytical capabilities, expertise in Python statistical programming, and deep knowledge of advanced machine learning algorithms and statistical methods. The analyst will be responsible for developing, hosting, and operationalizing AI models, working with cutting-edge AI technologies, and delivering actionable insights to enhance business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret complex data using Python to derive meaningful insights from large datasets.
• Apply advanced statistical techniques including regression analysis, simulations, scenario planning, clustering, decision trees, and neural networks in practical applications.
• Build, host, and convert machine learning models into APIs for integration and scalability.
• Communicate technical findings effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with industry leaders on innovative AI solutions and rapidly adapt to a dynamic learning environment.
• Design AI algorithms and create experiments to manage and synthesize data, generating customized reports for various audiences.
• Utilize predictive modeling to improve customer experience, optimize revenue, enhance ad targeting, and other strategic goals focused on Explainable and Responsible AI.
• Conduct research initiatives leading to prototypes and proof of concepts, while identifying cross-functional applications for insights and models.
• Maintain a curious and passionate approach, inspiring others about the benefits of data-driven problem solving.

Candidate Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant industry experience in data analytics or data science roles.
• Demonstrable proficiency in Python for statistical analysis and data manipulation.
• Strong grounding in advanced statistics and machine learning methodologies.
• Ability to develop, host, and create API-compatible machine learning models.
• Excellent communication and presentation capabilities, especially in simplifying technical insights for broader audiences.
• Experience or enthusiasm for working with cutting-edge AI technologies and fast-paced learning environments.
