About the Role

World Economic Mobility seeks an insightful Data Analyst to become part of its expanding technology team. This role involves gathering, processing, and examining data from various internal and external sources across operations and digital platforms to generate actionable insights that enhance business decisions and promote company growth.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, cleanse, and manage extensive datasets from multiple internal and external origins
Create dashboards and visual reports to effectively communicate insights to key stakeholders
Interpret operational, marketing, and financial data to detect patterns and identify growth opportunities
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across business units
Assist with A/B testing projects and analyze the resulting data
Work collaboratively with product, operations, and marketing teams to address challenges using data-driven approaches
Streamline regular reporting through automation using scripting and appropriate tools
Ensure data quality and uphold data governance standards throughout processes

Requirements

Undergraduate degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a closely related discipline
Two to five years of professional experience in data analysis within a business context
Strong command of SQL for database querying and manipulation
Proficiency with data visualization software such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or equivalents
Practical experience with Python or R for analytical purposes
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to transform data into compelling business insights
Strong communication skills for presenting complex information to non-technical audiences

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with product analytics tools like Google Analytics or Firebase
Basic understanding of machine learning or predictive modeling techniques
Previous exposure to sectors like mobility, ride-hailing, or logistics is advantageous
