Job Responsibilities and Requirements
- Bring over six years of experience in business domain data analysis, including engagement with client-facing products.
- Demonstrate expertise in SQL for both relational and non-relational databases.
- Translate business requirements and existing processes into clear IT specifications.
- Possess knowledge of data modeling, schema designs, data mapping, and data transformation techniques.
- Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across functions.
- Have experience working in Agile or iterative delivery environments alongside multiple partners and vendors, potentially in different time zones.
- Maintain excellent organizational, management, and presentation skills to communicate clearly with senior management, executives, and project teams.
- Manage multiple technical projects concurrently and navigate ambiguous situations with confidence.
- Understand system architecture, technical dependencies, and service integration points at a high level.
- Understand technical solution architecture from the perspective of product delivery.

Compensation Details
The salary range for this role in Toronto, Ontario is between 83,335 and 90,909 CAD annually. Actual pay offered will be based on factors such as location, education, certifications, experience, performance, market conditions, and internal pay equity. Additional compensation like bonuses or incentives may apply depending on role and governing laws.
