Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned US Healthcare professional with in-depth knowledge of the Facets platform to oversee customer and provider experience processes, manage escalations, and drive service enhancements. The role requires practical experience with automation and testing tools such as Tosca or Playwright, coupled with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee customer and provider experience workflows within the US Healthcare sector.
- Address and manage escalations, focusing on quality assurance and service improvement projects.
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
- Contribute to the automation and validation of customer experience workflows.
Mandatory Skills
- Extensive experience with the Facets platform.
- Proficiency in using Tosca or Playwright for automation and testing purposes.
- Solid understanding of the US Healthcare domain, specifically in customer experience and provider support.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

Salary Range: ₹ 25-26 Lacs PA
