Role Overview
We are looking for a careful and customer-oriented Arabic Customer Support Specialist to work remotely. The role focuses on delivering prompt, professional assistance to Arabic-speaking customers across multiple channels while protecting service quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer customer questions in Arabic through email, chat, and phone, and use English when needed.
- Share clear and correct information about products, services, and internal processes.
- Communicate in a courteous, empathetic, and professional manner at all times.
- Support customers by diagnosing common issues and walking them through practical fixes.
- Pinpoint the source of problems and coordinate solutions with the right teams when necessary.
- Escalate more complicated or sensitive cases to the appropriate support group.
- Record every interaction in the CRM or other support tools.
- Monitor open tickets and follow up until each case is resolved within the expected time.
- Keep customer data and case notes accurate and current.
- Meet company standards for response quality, tone, and service consistency.
- Handle complaints calmly and professionally.
- Identify repeated issues and contribute ideas that improve the support process.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
- Take part in training sessions and team discussions.
