Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service by directly interacting with customers and advisors via email and other communication channels.
• Resolve customer inquiries, update policies, and adjust payment schedules as required.
• Adhere strictly to customer data protection standards and procedures.
• Maintain a professional and empathetic approach during all interactions.
• Keep detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and actions taken.
• Address and resolve customer objections using strong problem-solving abilities.

Candidate Profile

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Open to fresh graduates as well as experienced individuals.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants should possess any undergraduate or postgraduate degree including but not limited to B.Com, B.A, B.Tech, B.Sc, BFA, BHM, BBA, B.C.A., Bachelor of Journalism and Mass Communication, and other relevant specializations.
