Customer Support Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for committed individuals to join our Customer Support team at M/s Recruit Plus Consultancy based in Chandigarh. This role centers on assisting customers with their travel-related queries and concerns, both before and after their trips globally. You will be responsible for handling customer escalations, complaints, and providing effective solutions while ensuring timely resolution within defined service levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Address and resolve customer issues related to travel arrangements across worldwide destinations.
• Manage escalations and complaints from dissatisfied customers to achieve satisfactory outcomes.
• Ensure closure of faults and complaints adhering to service level agreements (SLAs).
• Tackle routine inquiries mainly by following established guidelines and precedents.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum educational qualification: Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) or any graduation degree.
• Language proficiency in English and Hindi is essential.
• Freshers are welcome to apply; bulk recruitment is underway.
• Experience in voice or non-voice customer support handling domestic and international clients is preferred.
