About the Role

We are looking for Customer Support Executives to join our US Telecom Voice process based in Airoli, Mumbai. This role involves handling voice support for US customers following US shift timings.

Job Details and Responsibilities

  • Execute customer support services in a US telecom voice process.
  • Work shift hours from 4:30 PM to 1:30 AM, totaling 9 hours per day.
  • Adhere to a 5-day working schedule with two rotational weekly offs.

Qualifications and Eligibility

  • Applicants must be graduates fresh from 2021, or have completed SSC plus a 3-year diploma, or HSC plus a 3-year diploma, all from 2021 onwards.
  • Must be between 21 and 32 years of age.
  • Submission of marksheets and passing certificates is compulsory.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Monthly salary of 18,150 INR in-hand plus a 4,000 INR night shift allowance, totaling 22,150 INR monthly.
  • Transportation provided for employees whose shifts end between 12:30 AM and 3:30 AM, offering home drop service during these hours.

Selection Process

  • Candidates will undergo HR, Versant, and Operations rounds of interview.
