About the Role

SMARTSKART, a growing e-commerce company based in Agra, is seeking a friendly and confident Female Customer Support Executive. The main role involves engaging with customers via phone and WhatsApp to address their queries, resolve issues, and ensure a pleasant shopping journey.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer questions through calls and WhatsApp messages.
  • Provide clear and professional answers regarding products.
  • Assist buyers with order-related inquiries.
  • Handle and resolve customer concerns politely and promptly.
  • Work to establish customer trust and promote positive experiences.
  • Collaborate with the operations team when necessary.
  • Keep accurate records of customer communications.
  • Perform follow-ups with customers as needed.

Candidate Requirements

  • Female candidates only.
  • Proficient communication in Hindi and English.
  • Professional and pleasant telephone manners.
  • Strong listening and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Basic computer skills including MS Excel and internet browsing.
  • Comfortable using WhatsApp for communication.
  • Demonstrates a positive attitude with eagerness to learn.
  • Ability to stay calm and patient during customer interactions.
  • Graduate candidates preferred; however, 12th pass with excellent communication skills also acceptable.
  • Freshers are encouraged to apply.
  • Prior experience in Customer Support, Telecalling, Telesales, or e-commerce roles is advantageous.
