Job Overview

This is a full-time voice-based inbound customer support role requiring fluency in Gujarati and Hindi. The position offers a permanent work-from-home setting with a rotational shift schedule and weekly offs.

Handle inbound voice calls efficiently and professionally.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing queries and resolving issues.

Candidate Requirements

Must be able to fluently communicate in Gujarati and Hindi.
Minimum educational qualification of HSC pass; graduates are also eligible.
Open to both freshers and experienced candidates.
Strong communication and basic computer skills are essential.

Technical Specifications

System with Intel Core i5 (8th generation or above) processor and 8GB RAM.
Operating system: Windows 10 or higher.
Webcam is mandatory for the role.
Internet connectivity with minimum speed of 20 Mbps.
USB headset equipped with noise cancellation.
Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) providing at least 2 hours of backup.
Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) software installation is required.

Compensation & Benefits

Monthly salary offered is ₹18,000 CTC, with an in-hand amount of approximately ₹14,500.
