Primary Responsibilities

Qualifications and Skills Required
- Exceptional English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Minimum of one year experience in online or remote customer service, preferably in e-commerce or remote support settings.
- Familiarity with customer service platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias, or Shopify advantageous.
- Demonstrates patience, empathy, and responsibility in resolving problems.
