About the Role

This position is for a Customer Support Agent with English language proficiency, based in Ireland. You will be part of a global remote support team focused on providing excellent assistance to players across various games. Your primary responsibility will be to serve as the initial point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring prompt, clear, and helpful responses. You will manage incoming emails and support tickets, resolving issues with a strong emphasis on quality and player satisfaction. The work environment is fully remote, international, and fosters trust, autonomy, and collaboration. Accountabilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, addressing emails and support tickets promptly and professionally.
  • Efficiently investigate and resolve player issues while upholding high standards of service quality and empathy.
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of customer support workflows and internal procedures.
  • Work with team members to ensure consistent communication and knowledge sharing within the support function.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in B2C customer support or a comparable client-facing role.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficient problem-solving capabilities coupled with a service-oriented, customer-first approach.
  • Comfortable operating within a fully remote, international setting.
  • A strong interest in gaming is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and work autonomously with minimal oversight.
  • Preference will be given to candidates located in or near the CET time zone.
