Role overview
This is a newly formed position within a rapidly expanding team. The Copilot offering is changing how small business marketing works in the AI era, using Pixis’ advanced AI systems to streamline and automate core paid media tasks for companies across different industries and growth stages.
In this role, you will oversee a group of small business clients, understand their goals in depth, create AI-driven workflows customized to their needs, and provide the strategic direction needed to help them grow. You will also work closely with Pixis’ internal AI engineering team, sharing ideas for product improvements, helping shape new initiatives, and testing the newest AI-based advertising capabilities early.
What you will do
- Work alongside AI-enabled paid media teams to deliver measurable outcomes for a portfolio of small business accounts.
- Use AI tools to build workflows and automated processes that fit each client’s specific marketing requirements.
- Own the client journey from onboarding through retention, including regular communication, check-ins, and important touchpoints.
- Run client meetings and present campaign performance updates and results reviews in a clear, persuasive manner.
- Partner with internal media teams to turn client business context into practical campaign and optimisation decisions.
- Spot opportunities to expand services and support cross-sell and upsell discussions with clients.
- Share client feedback and product learnings with the Pixis AI engineering team to help guide future development.
- Work with the AI engineering team to design agentic support for account management by mapping workflows, testing agent features, and helping automate routine portfolio management work at scale.
Candidate profile
Stellar is looking for someone with 2 to 3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or client services, preferably in a services-led business or a technical product environment. Hands-on experience with paid advertising platforms, especially Google Search and Meta, is important, along with the ability to explain how these channels support a marketing strategy.
You should genuinely enjoy working with clients, be motivated by helping them achieve their goals, and show a strong interest in AI-powered marketing products. Experience marketing to or working with small businesses is valuable, especially if you understand how their operations and marketing priorities typically work. A commercial mindset is also important, including confidence in identifying growth opportunities and discussing cross-sell options.
