Key duties

In this position, you will welcome customers, handle cashier transactions, recommend products when appropriate, and occasionally assist with food service operations. Your work will also involve moving around different areas of the store, both inside and outside, to help keep the location looking its best and to ensure service remains quick and friendly.

Because the store environment is active and fast-paced, you will be interacting with many customers throughout the day while contributing to an upbeat and energetic workplace.

The ideal candidate is comfortable with customer interaction, communicates clearly and warmly, and can stay productive while keeping a positive attitude. You should be able to work well with others toward shared daily goals, think on your feet, and contribute practical ideas when issues arise.

Preferred background

Prior customer service experience is an advantage. A strong desire to grow professionally, along with a willingness to learn and enjoy the work, will also be valued.
