Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative who excels in providing exceptional assistance and has a passion for automotive parts. This full-time position is based in Kumeu, Auckland, working Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, plus alternate Saturday mornings.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist trade customers both face-to-face at the counter and via telephone communications.
• Guide customers to choose the appropriate vehicle parts and service solutions they need.
• Accurately pick, pack, and process customer orders.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or suggest complementary products.
• Develop and sustain strong relationships with a loyal customer base.

Qualifications and Attributes

• Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the automotive or trade industries.
• Competency with computers; familiarity with Excel is beneficial.
• Passion for automotive products and car-related interests.
• Excellent communication abilities combined with a constructive, proactive attitude.
• Capability to maintain accuracy and efficiency in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• A collaborative mindset to contribute positively to a team-focused workplace culture.
• Possession of a full New Zealand driver's license.
