Job Overview

This position involves executing all branch functions efficiently, ensuring tasks are completed promptly and accurately while delivering superior customer service to both external and internal clients. The role strictly adheres to established processes and procedures to maintain operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Offer guidance and assistance to customers by providing outstanding customer service aimed at resolving inquiries and ensuring satisfaction, in line with the Staff Code of Conduct.
  • Support branch operations by undertaking any additional duties assigned by the Line Manager.
  • Adhere to Business Continuity Management (BCM) requirements, stay informed about the branch's Business Continuity Plan, and participate in necessary training to respond effectively to incidents or disruptions.
  • Manage the custody and delivery of various documents and cards including Debit and Credit Cards, Digital Access Cards, Statements, Digital Banking User IDs, Cheque Returns, Balance Transfers, Credit Card Cheques, Loan on Card Cheques, Liability Certificates, Foreclosure Letters, Police Letters, IBAN Letters, Reference Letters, Balance Confirmation Letters, Account Closure Letters, and Cheque Books.
  • Maintain compliance with the Bank’s Service Standards without exception.
  • Lead efforts to transition customers to digital platforms as part of the Digital Migration initiative.
  • Complete assigned service tasks timely and accurately, supporting the department in achieving high-performance standards without sacrificing quality.
  • Ensure full compliance with departmental policies, procedures, standards, reporting requirements, regulatory and statutory obligations, alongside strict adherence to the Staff Code of Conduct.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills, demonstrate teamwork, and contribute to smooth departmental operations.
  • Coordinate and oversee the implementation of strategic initiatives and project roadmaps, managing requests from stakeholders to ensure effective project delivery.

Problem Solving & Complexity

Execute duties under direct supervision following clear policies and procedures, with work reviewed by supervisors. Limited independent decision-making is involved.

Interaction

Engage in advisory roles, resolving routine issues with individuals inside and outside the organization, and collaborate with colleagues working toward shared objectives within a generally cooperative environment.

Operate strictly within the guidelines of the Bank's policies, standard operating procedures, and governance structures.
