About the Role
Located in Cronulla, this senior leadership position offers a $150,000 salary plus superannuation. The Customer Service Manager will have the responsibility for leading and optimising the end-to-end customer operations within a company specializing in technical products and solutions. The role focuses on enhancing operational effectiveness, refining service delivery, and implementing best-practice frameworks and processes to improve customer outcomes and enable scalable business growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor the Customer Service team to institute efficient processes, establish service benchmarks, and enhance operational discipline for consistent performance.
- Identify and promote ongoing improvements across the entire customer journey to streamline workflows and boost operational efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to elevate cross-functional processes and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer escalations, produce performance reports, and utilize data-driven insights to foster sustainable operational enhancements.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is a seasoned Customer Operations or Customer Service leader with a track record in process optimisation and operational improvements within technical, industrial, manufacturing, or customer-centered environments. They possess commercial acumen, experience with pricing administration, quoting, and service delivery enhancements.
