About the Role

At Grand Hyatt The Red Sea, we are seeking a dedicated professional to handle system troubleshooting and maintenance activities. The role involves diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues encountered by end users, ensuring smooth operational continuity.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve system issues by analyzing hardware, software, and network problems affecting end users.
• Conduct routine system maintenance including regular checks, updates, and patches to maintain a secure and effective IT infrastructure.
• Perform hardware configuration and software installations, including setting up new devices and verifying application compatibility within organizational systems.
• Promote cybersecurity awareness by educating users about best security practices and assist in handling security-related concerns.
• Collaborate with the Cluster IT Manager to implement IT solutions and enhance service quality.
• Maintain detailed documentation of issues, resolutions, and system updates for continuous process improvement.
• Manage scheduled backups of all business-critical and user-specific data to prevent data loss.

Qualifications and Experience

• A university degree or diploma in Information Systems or Computer Programming is preferred.
• Networking experience will be considered an advantage.
• At least two years of professional experience working as an Information Systems Coordinator or Assistant Information Systems Manager in a technology-advanced organization.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities combined with administrative acumen and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders.
