Role overview

This opportunity is for a Client Success Specialist focused on creating excellent client experiences in a fast-moving environment. The role suits someone who enjoys relationship-building, solving problems, and contributing to client satisfaction and business growth. It also offers exposure to different industries, making each day varied.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and sustain positive, long-term partnerships with clients.
  • Make sure solutions are delivered on time and aligned with client goals and expectations.
  • Keep internal and external stakeholders updated on monthly and quarterly progress.
  • Spot expansion opportunities in the assigned territory and work with sales teams to support growth targets.
  • Handle difficult client requests and resolve escalations when needed.
  • Support administrative and operational work such as data entry, maintaining internal records, and scheduling.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience managing client relationships, ideally in hospitality, client success, or sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, along with strong people skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks, stay organized, and work accurately in a busy setting.
  • Strong empathy and the ability to understand and respond to client needs.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and handling challenges effectively.

Hiring process
