Key Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Make sure solutions are delivered on time and in line with client goals and expectations.
- Share clear updates on monthly and quarterly progress with both internal teams and external partners.
- Spot opportunities for growth within the assigned territory and work closely with sales teams to support revenue expansion.
- Handle difficult client queries and escalation cases when needed.
- Support administrative and operational work such as data entry, updating internal tools, and coordinating schedules.
Requirements
- A demonstrated background in client relationship management, ideally from hospitality, client success, or sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, along with strong people skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities accurately in a busy, fast-paced setting.
- Genuine empathy for client needs and the ability to respond effectively.
- Strong problem-solving ability with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
