Role overview

This is an on-site customer service position based in Madurai, Tamil Nadu. The role follows a six-day work week and operates on rotational shifts.

What you will do

• Handle customer questions and requests through phone, email, chat, and face-to-face interactions.
• Share clear and accurate details about the company’s products and services.
• Address customer concerns, complaints, and service issues in a timely manner.
• Support order processing, returns, refunds, and account-related updates.
• Record all customer interactions accurately in internal systems.
• Escalate unresolved or complex cases to the right team when required.
• Follow up with customers to confirm that issues have been resolved and expectations are met.
• Communicate professionally to build trust and maintain good customer relationships.
• Work toward customer service goals and quality benchmarks.
• Coordinate with internal teams to improve overall customer experience and service delivery.

Work schedule

The position requires six working days per week and rotational shift support.
