Overview

The Customer Marketing Associate will aid in the support, implementation, evaluation, and measurement of Base Management marketing strategies overseen by the Senior Marketing Manager. This position requires proficient use of analytics and insight platforms such as Google Data Studio, Looker, ThoughtSpot, Qualtrics, Jira, Asana, and AI tools including Gemini and NotebookLM. The role involves data analysis, preparing presentations, and proposing actionable business recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor the timely progression of all marketing initiatives, oversee standard marketing processes including campaign requests, creative briefs, and asset approvals, and coordinate the implementation calendar to ensure deadlines are met. Maintain a comprehensive log tracking initiative stages in real-time.
  • Collect and analyze brand performance data and ongoing initiative results to report on crucial KPIs, support business case justification, and identify optimization and replication opportunities.
  • Develop and deliver presentation materials to support marketing campaigns across departments, ensuring cross-functional teams stay informed on progress, next tasks, and requirements.
  • Collaborate with diverse internal stakeholders to understand business demands, resolve execution challenges, and proactively address project roadblocks.
  • Assist in generating and developing new marketing initiatives based on data insights or to support commercial and product launches.

Impact & Interaction

The role requires executing duties reliably to support marketing goals impacting financial outcomes. Though not directly managing budgets, this position advises and supports the Senior Marketing Manager on strategy development and implementation. The role involves daily operational decisions regarding main responsibilities and compliance with company policies.

Regular interaction occurs with Communications Managers & Sr. Managers, Business and Brand Managers, Communications Analysts, Operations Analysts, PSI Group, Compliance Group, Commercial PMOs/GTS, and Advertising Agencies.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, ideally within the telecommunications sector.
  • Preferred educational backgrounds include Marketing, Management, Business Administration, Advertising, Communications, Project Management, or Industrial Engineering.
  • Between 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing, business administration, advertising, or communications.
  • Strong ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret data and complex business operations.
  • Creative mindset coupled with strong analytical and interpersonal abilities.
  • Effective organizational and planning capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Spanish proficiency is advantageous.
  • Adept at interpreting market research, financial reports, and legal documents.
  • Ability to define problems, gather and evaluate data, and reach sound conclusions.
  • Proficient at presenting information clearly and building effective internal and external relationships.
  • Experience working in multitasking environments with strong attention to detail and urgency.
  • Competency in time management, prioritization, and conflict resolution.
  • Familiarity with computer applications including G-Suite, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Innovative, creative thinker who can approach challenges unconventionally.
