As a Customer Logistics Manager based in Antioch, TN, you will oversee daily operations and manage account activities within your assigned area, leading teams and ensuring the achievement of operational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective management of expectations and service quality.
• Oversee staffing performance by managing and developing both exempt and non-exempt employees.
• Coordinate daily planning and scheduling of logistics operations.
• Implement and maintain health and safety standards.
• Ensure adherence to applicable state, local, and federal regulations.
• Fulfill additional tasks as assigned to support operational excellence.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is mandatory; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain is preferred.
• Minimum two years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or related sectors.
• At least one year of direct supervisory or leadership experience.
• Advanced skills in MS Office and thorough knowledge of logistics industry standards and regulations.

The annual salary range is $60,000 to $70,000, with eligibility for performance-based bonuses and equity plans.
