Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and insightful Customer Data Analyst to join our team. The primary responsibility is to convert raw customer data into meaningful insights, enabling better understanding of our customer base, optimizing marketing strategies, and enhancing product development.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, clean, and organize customer information from multiple sources, including sales records, CRM platforms, and online channels.
• Analyze customer datasets to detect key trends, behaviors, and relationships.
• Create and update comprehensive reports and interactive dashboards to present findings to stakeholders.
• Segment customers to facilitate targeted marketing and sales initiatives.
• Evaluate marketing campaign effectiveness and ROI, delivering data-backed suggestions for enhancements.
• Work collaboratively with marketing, sales, and product teams to offer insights that guide strategic decisions.
• Maintain high data accuracy and integrity across all analysis processes.

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as a data analyst or customer insights analyst.
• Strong analytical capabilities with meticulous attention to detail in data collection, organization, and dissemination.
• Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel features such as pivot tables, lookups, and data modeling.
• Experience with data visualization platforms like Tableau or Power BI is highly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to explain complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proactive, inquisitive attitude with enthusiasm for deriving insights from data.
