Role overview
Listers Group is hiring a Customer Contact Specialist for its Mercedes division at the Customer Contact Centre located within the Mercedes-Benz dealership in Lincoln, England. This position is a full-time onsite role, offering 37.5 hours each week across Monday to Friday on a rotating three-week schedule. The shifts are 8:00am to 4:00pm, 8:30am to 5:00pm, and 9:00am to 5:30pm. The role also includes working one Saturday in every six, with Saturday work paid as overtime.
After probation is completed, the package includes on-target earnings of up to £30,000 along with additional benefits. The position is described as varied and engaging, and it is intended for someone who wants to join a lively, expanding team environment.
Key responsibilities
- Handle aftersales enquiries and arrange vehicle bookings for service or repair visits at the dealership.
- Enter customer information accurately and maintain reliable records.
- Support customer loyalty while delivering a strong level of satisfaction.
- Work to improve lead conversion rates and support sales opportunities.
- Reach out to potential customers and promote relevant products through upselling.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
- Work in line with brand standards and dealership expectations.

- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office is required.
- Experience in motor trade, automotive, or dealership settings is preferred, though not mandatory because full training will be provided.

Working pattern and additional details
