Position Overview

Join the award-winning Mercedes-Benz Brisbane Service team as a Customer Contact Consultant. This role is essential as one of the initial touchpoints for customer interactions, delivering top-tier service and ensuring an outstanding Mercedes-Benz ownership experience at our Newstead location.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls with customers professionally and promptly.
• Provide exceptional customer service to create positive interactions and enhance satisfaction.
• Schedule appointments and efficiently handle dealership inquiries.
• Coordinate with internal teams to maintain seamless communication and resolve issues.
• Address and resolve customer concerns empathetically and professionally.
• Maintain accurate customer records across various systems.
• Collaborate with team members to meet performance targets and customer service goals.

Candidate Profile

• Excellent verbal communication skills with confidence on the phone.
• Strong dedication to delivering customer service and assisting people effectively.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and stay organized in a dynamic environment.
• High attention to detail and proficient computer skills.
• Positive mindset, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Experience in contact centers, customer service, hospitality, retail, or similar customer-facing roles is highly desirable.
