Key Responsibilities
- Engage with homeowners and trade partners via phone and email to address questions, provide updates, and resolve concerns.
- Schedule repairs and follow up on service requests to ensure prompt completion.
- Troubleshoot and offer quick, effective solutions to homeowner issues.
- Work collaboratively with various internal departments to resolve challenges and optimize operations.
- Maintain a professional, courteous, and helpful approach in all interactions to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Organize and prioritize multiple tasks while keeping detailed records in the CRM system.
- Document communications and updates accurately in company systems.
- Participate in continuous training to improve customer service skills and product knowledge.
Qualifications
