Role overview

This position is for Saudi nationals. The role focuses on handling customer service interactions and supporting day-to-day hub operations with accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to company procedures. It involves managing enquiries, quotations, bookings, complaint handling, claim-related follow-up, and service recovery while ensuring issues are resolved efficiently. For more complex matters, the role may require escalation to senior colleagues.

Key duties

  • Manage customer support activities and assist with hub operations.
  • Create and maintain accounts, complete basic onboarding steps, and support booking-related tasks.
  • Respond to enquiries, provide quotations, and handle ad hoc customer questions.
  • Address complaints, support issue resolution, and manage case handling.
  • Carry out service recovery actions and help prevent repeat issues where possible.
  • Assist with claims handling and escalation of more complicated cases.
  • Follow defined procedures carefully, meeting deadlines while maintaining completeness and compliance.
  • Spot irregularities in processes or data and use sound judgement to resolve them within established rules.

Candidate profile

Applicants with previous customer service experience will be preferred. The role also requires strong interpersonal ability, clear written and verbal communication, teamwork, Microsoft Office and general PC proficiency, and solid problem-solving skills.
