Overview
The Muthoot Group is seeking female candidates for the position of Customer Care Executive. This role is focused on customer interaction and sales-related activities primarily through telephonic communication.
Job Responsibilities
- Conducting tele-calling and making customer calls to promote services.
- Acquiring new KYC documentation from customers.
- Promoting and selling OFP products.
- Facilitating gold loan services.

- Strong selling and persuasive capabilities.
