Customer Care Executive

Overview

The Herbal Dispensary is seeking a Customer Care Executive to facilitate communication with patients and manage appointment scheduling efficiently. This position suits individuals with strong communication abilities who enjoy assisting others and delivering outstanding customer service.

Primary Duties

• Professionally manage incoming patient calls.
• Provide detailed information regarding clinic services.
• Arrange, adjust, and verify appointments as needed.
• Address patient inquiries and offer basic support.
• Keep precise records of calls and appointment details.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless patient assistance.

Qualifications and Skills

• Possession of any degree or diploma.
• Open to fresh graduates and those with relevant prior experience.
• Proficiency in Tamil communication.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Fundamental computer literacy.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service capabilities.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.

Training and Work Timings

• Initial training period of 10 days provided.
• Training hours: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
• Post-training work involves rotating shifts based on organizational needs:
• 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
• 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM
• Each shift is 8 hours long, including a 1-hour lunch break (7 active working hours).

Additional Details

• No sales responsibilities involved.
• No performance targets are set.
• Candidates must be flexible to work any required rotational shifts.
