Job description
Job summary
This role acts as the key connection point between the company and both existing and prospective customers. The selected person will take responsibility for handling complaints, questions, and service issues with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, relationship-building, and going the extra mile for clients.
What you will do
- Oversee and coordinate a portfolio of companies.
- Handle customer requests related to operational needs, contract closures, maintenance cases, and accident-related support.
- Respond to incoming customer calls, understand concerns, and resolve issues.
- Manage requests quickly and accurately while delivering clear, timely responses to inquiries.
- Log each request in the system for the relevant department and direct the customer to the assigned workshop when needed.
- Make sure all customer interactions follow company policy and escalate issues properly and promptly to the Customer Service Manager.
- Support the Customer Service Manager in carrying out departmental policies and meeting business requirements.
- Take on additional duties assigned by the Customer Service Manager to help achieve team goals.
- Work closely with operations staff to coordinate support activities.
- Prepare reports for management and maintain records of customer conversations for future reference.
Requirements
- High school education.
- Basic to intermediate English proficiency.
- Must be a Saudi national.
