Role Overview
The Customer Acquisition Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position located in Singapore. The specialist is responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting potential customers by means of targeted outreach efforts, delivering compelling presentations, and maintaining consistent follow-ups. Daily responsibilities include conducting market and segment research, qualifying potential leads, managing the acquisition pipeline, and working closely with internal teams to facilitate smooth onboarding. Additional duties involve monitoring key performance indicators, preparing detailed acquisition reports, and suggesting enhancements for campaigns and workflows. The role also includes representing Ghaya at meetings, events, and client visits to increase brand presence and stimulate new business opportunities.
Key Qualifications
- Proven background in customer acquisition, sales, or business development with consistent achievement of targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to articulate value propositions and foster trust with prospective clients.
- Strong analytical capabilities to research target markets, assess lead quality, and analyze customer information for strategic improvements.
- Effective organizational and time management abilities to juggle multiple leads, set priorities, and maintain meticulous records using CRM or similar systems.
- Willingness to work on-site in Singapore and partner with cross-functional groups such as marketing, operations, and customer success teams.
- Adaptable problem solver open to feedback and continuous refinement of acquisition strategies and messaging.
- Competence in office software and familiarity with CRM tools; experience in lead management platforms is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related discipline preferred, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Experience working in the Singapore market or in regional client-facing roles is an added benefit.
