Role Overview

This full-time on-site position in Riyadh is centered on managing customer accounts and strengthening long-term client partnerships. The role requires prompt handling of customer questions, a clear understanding of client needs, and close coordination with internal teams to ensure client goals are met. You will also support proposal development, monitor account health, resolve concerns efficiently, and contribute ideas that improve service delivery.

Key Duties

  • Oversee assigned client accounts and maintain day-to-day communication with customers.
  • Respond to client inquiries and work to resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Build and sustain strong professional relationships with customers.
  • Assess customer needs and translate them into practical proposals or solutions.
  • Track account activity and follow up on service quality, satisfaction, and progress.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to align on customer objectives and delivery timelines.
  • Escalate and manage concerns so they are addressed quickly and effectively.
  • Share insights that can help improve services, processes, and client outcomes.
  • Stay informed about market developments and the company’s product and service offerings.

Required Profile

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship management abilities.
  • Background in customer account management, client servicing, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a practical, solution-oriented approach.
  • Ability to coordinate projects, manage priorities, and handle several accounts at once.
  • Comfort working with CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, and related business tools.
  • Interest in or exposure to IoT and telematics is beneficial.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • Experience in technology, telematics, or mobility-related businesses is an advantage.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-moving environment.
