Role Overview
This is an in-office position based in Denver, Colorado. It sits on the Operations team and contributes directly to agent recognition, retention, and the overall energy of the workplace. The role owns the planning and delivery of Compass events and community engagement efforts, with a strong emphasis on organization, communication, timelines, and attention to detail. It also supports culture-building programs, office-level community initiatives, Compass Cares activities, event documentation, budget tracking, and regional sponsorship coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver statewide and local events that support agent loyalty and retention.
- Support recognition efforts such as awards, social gatherings, and appreciation events for agents.
- Manage community outreach and office-level participation in Compass Cares and related programs.
- Oversee regional culture initiatives for both agents and employees.
- Build and maintain detailed event timelines, documentation, and budgets.
- Track sponsorship programs across the region and work with local office contacts to fulfill partnership commitments.

Candidate Profile
Applicants should bring at least two years of experience in event management and/or customer service. Experience with established brands is considered an advantage. The role requires the ability to lift up to 20 pounds, a high tolerance for pressure, dependable transportation with room for equipment, and a willingness to travel throughout Colorado for events. Strong proficiency in Google tools, including Gmail and Sheets, is required, along with exceptional organization, time management, problem-solving, decision-making, attention to detail, efficiency, professional communication, integrity, and discretion when handling confidential information.
Compensation
The base salary range for this role is $75,000 to $80,000 per year, depending on relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. The compensation package may also include bonuses and restricted stock units, alongside company benefits. Minimum wage requirements will always be met.
